Summer Project- 'If I could, I would...' Moodboard Group Discussion

Mood board Discussions with classmates on the first day at uni

 

Start with Sophey Sommers (the girl on the right), on her mood board, she describes she wants to be a working mum and have a house with her partner. She also wants to work for television shows, travel and work on film sets.

 

Question 1. What or who was the inspiration for your mood board? Flims, Makeup artists and the world around me.

                2. How did you research the project? Online, books and magazines.

                3. How did you feel about the final outcome? Relieved that the presentation is over, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.

 



Anna Lenton (Right 2), on her mood board, she describes she would like to work in television, films and fashion. She also wants to work for a company developing products, have a house, income and a joy she enjoys.

    Question 1. What or who was the inspiration for your mood board: Makeup artists, bloggers, films, television and magazines.
                    2. How did you research the project? Online and the ideas I already had of what I wanted to do in the future
                    3. How did you feel about the final outcome? I was pleased with my moon board. It went better than I thought it would be.

Beth Webb (Middle), on her mood board, she describes she wants to work on films, for example films like Harry Potter. She also wants to work for film company's possibily in Hoolywood, have a car, house, money and go to travel.

      Question 1. What or who was the inspiration for your mood board? Films, makeup brands, adverts and music videos.

                      2. How did you research the project? Magazines and ideas that I already had.

                      3. How did you feel about the final outcome? Not pleased, I had done another mood board that was better bit couldn't bring it with me today.

Sera Gerwat (Left 1), on her mood board she describes she would like to work for catwalks, magazines and in fashion. She would also like to work in Korea as she is learning Korean.

        Question 1. What or who was the inspiration for your mood board? Different cultures, magazines and bloggers.

                        2. How did you research the project? Online, movies and music videos.

                        3. How did you feel about the final outcome? I liked my mood board and I think the presentation went okay.

And finally, it's my turn (left 2),my name is Hoi Io Leong (Vicki) and on my moodboard (the one on the right), the big yellow arrow shows what I want to do in 5 years time. I would like to work for a part time job when I'm still in university. I also want to be a makeup artist, write a makeup book and my inspirations are Sarah Jagger and Pony.

                        3. How did you feel about the final outcome? Pleased that I have completed the moodboard.
