Step
1: Setting up the area and get all the products ready. Ask model if she has any
allergies and was she wearing contact lenses. Told the model that you are going
to wash your hands before getting started. Put the apron on the model. Clip the
model’s hair away from the face as not to make her hair greasy and then cleanse
tone and moisturize the model’s face before applying makeup. Make sure the eyebrows are
clean and dry. You can apply the toner before getting started to make sure the
eyebrows are clean.
2: Use the metal spatula to scrape out some glue. Remember to
apply quickly on the brows as the glue will dry quickly. Apply the glue using
the metal spatula so the glue will not stick on your fingers.
3: Apply the glue on the eyebrows in opposite directions to
the hair growth first and then directions to the hair growth. This will make
sure all the areas on the brows are cover with glue and smooth the hairs down
(making the brows go flat and smooth). Press hardly on the eyebrows with your
finger following the directions of the hair growth, to make the hairs are as
flat as possible. Use the cotton bud and wet it with water to remove excess
glue around the eyebrows. Repeat applying the glue and press the eyebrows
hardly until the hairs are as flat and as smooth as you want it to be. After
completed one side of the eyebrow, do the other side as well.
4: Apply primer on the whole face. Then this time, I have tried to use the colour D 1 on
the concealer palette first before applying powder onto the brows. After that I've applied powder and press it with a puff on top of the brows.

5: Apply white base with foundation brush to the eyebrows,
face, neck and ears. Use a powder brush to blend the white base nicely. Apply
loose powder onto the whole face, neck and ears.
6: Apply contouring to the face (the colour Sage Blossom from the Kryolan- Viva brilliant color medley matt) on the forehead and under the cheekbones to form a heart shape.
7: Use the Chive Blossom from the Kryolan – Viva Color Medley Matt
shadow and apply it onto the forehead underneath the blue contouring to smooth
the lines and texture and blend the two colours together.
8: Apply the black eyeliner on the lid and extend the lines above
the eyebrows (4 lines on each eye).
9: Apply pink blusher (Kryolan R21) on the apples of the cheeks
and blend it with the blue contouring.
10: Use the duo eyelash adhesive glue and apply the pearls on the
black eyeliner flick (Put the big pearls on the end of the eyeliner flick).
11: Put three medium pearls underneath each eye and then put two
small pearls under the medium pearls on each eye and after that, put one pearl under
the two small pearls on each eye (forming an upside down triangle shape).
12: Mix the colour LCP653 and LC001 lip colour from the Kryolan
Lip Rouge Mini palette and apply it onto the lips with an angle brush.
Finish
This practice helps me to remember more the steps of how to complete my partner's design so I can do the makeup look faster. I'm impressed about the black eyeliner flicks that I've drawn and I like how they look more balance. For this practice, I have tried to use the colour D 1 from the concealer palette to cover the colour on the brows first before applying the white base. But I shouldn't applied the powder using the puff before applying the white base because as you can see on the photos above, you can see the white dots and the white edges on the brows. During the final assessment, I will use the concealer D1 colour to block the colour on the eyebrows but I will not put powder after that. Instead I will put the white base first and then powder it.
